Applying online for Qualification Assessment for migration is easy

| How long will it take? |
| |
|
Applying online is easy. Click the 'New Application' button to start a new application. An online application will take around 15-20 minutes to complete.
|

|
If you do not finish in one session, you can save the application and then retrieve, complete and submit it within 30 days. Click the 'Continue Application' button to continue your saved application online.

| Required information |

Fill in all of the required information. You will not be able to submit your application if information is missing.
|

- Personal email address - to contact you if we need any further information or to inform you of the status of your application.
- Your personal details – including name, phone number and address
- Details of your primary and secondary education

Details of your higher secondary education including:
- name, phone number and address of your institute/awarding body
- normal length of full-time course
- date course commenced, date course completed and hours per week
- additional requirements for this qualification.

| You will receive by e-mail: |

- payment confirmation - normally within 2 minutes of completion.
- application record - normally within 5-7 minutes of completion. Alternatively you can login into the online system to download
and print your 'application record'

| You need to print and sign the 'application record' and post it, along with the required documents, to VETASSESS: |

Required documents |

| Documents required to make an application include |
- Application record - signed
- Photograph - recent passport sized photo of the qualification holder, certified and dated
- Birth Certificate or relevant passport pages - certified copy or a notarial certificate (passport page must show name, photo and date of birth)
- Qualification award certificate to be certified - (copy of the degree award certificate or certificate of graduation)
- Academic transcript to be certified - the copy must show that it was issued and stamped by the institution / university attended
- Change of name evidence (if applicable) certified
- Certified translation of any of the above documents, compiled by a registered translation service, if originally issued in a language other than English.
- Assessment fee
- Supporting evidence for your claim of the GST exemption (if applicable)
- VETASSESS reference number - if you have also applied for a qualification assessment (for migration) with VETASSESS, and have submitted any of above documents already, you do not need to send them again. Please include your reference number if applicable.
